Depending on how you want your website I will be charging between $20-$30. That is still a lot but please do note that this includes the website design, xenforo editor and much more. You will have a fully functioning xenforo for a very low price.

You have no vouches, you're new, and pretty much you're saying you'd buy people Xeneforo licenses and then customize the site for them. Seems like in reality you'd overcharge people, say you're buying the official license and in reality using a cracked one. On top of that, your website is nothing special, and nowhere near that much.

Sorry for the harsh words, but they're the truth.

No worries dude, my website is better than the default style of xenforo and took me some time to make it. I will also give the website that I make to the person who wants it. Also people do not know how to make websites or design them, that is why I'm here to help and create it for them, it's just lately I have been getting nothing done and decided to start doing more things to help!

All you have done is installed a free Brivium theme, changed the logo (accessible in /var/www/html/<forums installation>/styles/default/xenforo/logo.png), modified the footer template, and added a background (in style properties)

Your work is extremely simple. This can be done in under 5 minutes.

Once again, not to many people know how to do that, I can lower the price I'm charging but again people who are new to this can't do it...

Changing logo - Go into the installation directory, then to /styles/style name/xenforo/logo.png, and replace it with your logo.png (resized)

In total it took me about a week to get to where the website is right now, going through the directories adding the graphics that I made, adding the background picture that it took, adding in a few minor details add bug fixes. Also that is how long it took me to understand what to do on the whole website. I can change any part of it I want, and also I'm giving them the whole xenforo website. So deal with it. I'm trying to be nice here but yet you guys are making me sad...

The xenforo liscense is not included in the price. I don't want people to think that I'm doing it to cheap, I want them to feel good about themselves but you guys just love ruining people's experience.
