ADDITIONS
* Translations V2

This update introduces our new language translation systerm. From now on all pre-translated languages we offer are installed by default. You can switch between them by setting "lang" to the name of the language in file common.json.
Additionally we have developed our very own translation application allowing us to translate our configs to any language we want. So if you like any language to be added let us know and we will get it added.
For now we are offering following translations: English (Default), German, Spanish, French, Portugese.

* Ticket Updates

With this update we are implementing a few ticket suggestions that have been left on the Discord. This includes our new inactivity system, that automatically closes inactive tickets. A warning will be sent prior that the ticket will be closed soon. The process can be canceled by staff when the warning appears.
Additionally you have the option now to request closing the ticket rather than instantly closing it.
On top of that we are introducing another way of closing tickets, this time it's all about being silent. When a staff member closes the ticket with the silent parameter enabled, the ticket creator won't recevie a dm that their ticket was closed nor do they receive a transcript.

* Reports

The third addition of this update is our new Report system. Once a user has been reported, a message will be sent to the configured report channel. Your staff can decide then whether they'd like to decline the report or punish the reported user. Everything is managed with buttons at that embed. Once the report has been dealt with, the user who submitted the report will get a notification whether their report was accepted or declined.

* Added custom emoji manager

With V2.0.4 we are introducing custom application emojis. When starting this version the bot uploads over 100 custom emojis to its emoji manager and all of them are available for you to use these throughout the whole bot and its features. Additional to this we have updated our whole default language configuration file to introduce our new custom emojis. If you have not edited the language configuration file we suggest to let the bot regenerate the default by deleting your current one. This way you can heavily benefit from this update.
