Brought this bot today, had 1 issue but that was my own fault but otherwise it does exactly what it says, very easy to configure to your liking and the support was amazing, very fast and friendly.
If you need a bot like this, don't second guess yourself get this bot, you wont regret it.

Like some people here, i've bought PlexBot more than an year ago...
I had never been able to use it on my main server due to a lot of bugs and no support. It was frustrating.
DrakoBot is apparently the same bot BUT on another level, and there are a few things i want to notice:
- Support is very fast, they actually answer to you (not like the previous team) and try to understand what you need
- In their discord , you can suggest new options to add, or bug to fix
- In the discord you can find also some free and premium community addons to customize the bot

Now i'm using this bot in my community and they love it, and me also because it's very easy to setup and mantain.
Highly Customizable and light to host.
So i would really recommend to buy it, it isn't only a multi-purpose discord bot, it has all you need!

I bought this bot today and am positively surprised. I already had PlexBot, but unfortunately the developer didn't have time for support and that's why I moved away from this bot.
Nice to see that PlexBot has now found a new home and the new team is making support a priority.
The bot is great and so much better than the old Plexbot.
Support answers so fast that you can't even change channels without the answer being there.
The range of functions is mega and especially the product panel addon is what I have been looking for for a long time.
Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a bot with lots of functions.

Waiting for almost a month for an answer from the support and have not received a response to date also my license key was deactivated for no reason. also there are far too long waiting times

Great bot, second bot I've purchased from Swqpping. Though I do hope the error is fixed wherein you use commands that require a userID i.e userinfo, ban, etc. and you provide an ID of a user no longer in the server, the bot just doesn't respond and pops up with an error in the panel. Overall, great bot.

I recently switched from Corebot to Plex Bot and am very happy with the decision.
Although Plex Bot doesn't have quite as many features as Corebot and there aren't too many addons available for it yet, but the setup seems to me to be much more modern and easier to configure.
Also the support via Discord is very fast and more helpful.
Updates are also released more regularly. The dev is very active.

-1 star because some "fun" (category) features aren't fully translateable and the documentation could be more complex for the bot features.

I will not complain the bot is quite complete, the same as in the other the dev does not take suggestions to improve this same but the bot is quite complete missing more improvements such as editing the general panel or the main menu to not edit it from .js and improve some aspects such as the way in which errors are displayed is easier to read and some other things within all the bot is very useful and very complete.
