Corebot | Multi-Purpose Discord Bot v4.5.4

Support is really really slow. I hadn't needed much support so far, but when I did contact support, it took a LONG time before I got an answer. The biggest dislike is that improvements are hidden behind some other paid Addons. For example the "Ultimate Tickets Addon". The Description is "Improves Corebot's default Ticket system". Funny that u have to pay extra. I would rather pay more for the Bot itself, then paying more and more for extra addons which improves the Bot's existing's features.

Support is inexistent , i've been waiting to join back their server and verify myself for over 3 days now , not even a message on the verify ticket ever since , i got my bot who's not working properly for over 2 months now.
Bot has plenty of features but when it breaks don't hope for quick support cause it does not exist , look for alternatives.

I've opened a ticket in their discord claiming key and I've been ignored for 1 week and still waiting for either a response or the key for the bot.

I'm totally blown away by this Discord bot! Yeah, it took a bit to get the license key, but the owner was super nice and gave me 2 free addons to make up for the wait, which was awesome. They were really sorry about the delay too. But man, this bot is amazing with so many cool features. I'm just super happy with it!

Amazing bot. The only issue I have is with the support on their Discord server is poor. Lets hope it improves over time.

Installation went fairly smooth, bot is very configurable.

So far its good just need to setup by yourself and follow the guides.

Very customizable and easy to use

Excellent Bot with a lot of features and really customizable. But support is 0/10. My Bot is not working since 1 month+ and they dont help me. Community support: they dont know or ignore my message.
Ticket: opened on 20/08/23 and they dont say nothing. I think they need more staff for support in their discord. The buttons and some commands are not working. The people have obligations and cant support everytime, but if you cant support, add more staff to help, please.
More than 1 month without my bot working, he say he will solve the next day and 3 days later nothing... Please help me, I provide my discord server, bot hosting and all other things they ask me for.
I send the errors.txt everyday because are new errors everyday
When support get better, I will change my review; but at the moment, HORRIBLE SUPPORT
