Forbidden products/services

BuiltByBit prohibits its users from attempting to buy, sell or redistribute anything that they do not have rights to. Simple enough. However, with so many different products and services out there, each with their own unique EULA and TOS, it can become difficult for our community members to keep track of which products they have the right to redistribute, and which products they do not.

This wiki was created in order to provide to our community, a list of items which our members commonly mistake as being something they have the right to redistribute, when they do not. It’s important to note that this list is not all inclusive. Just because an item does not appear here, does not mean that it is not allowed. Always read the EULA and TOS of the products and services you are thinking of utilizing in a transaction, before proceeding. If you’re still uncertain whether what you’re looking to offer will be allowed on our platform, open a ticket and you’ll receive support from our team in evaluating the specific product or service in question.

Forbidden Products and Services​

• Appraisals for forbidden items
• Illegal products or services
• Products or services violating the EULA / TOS of the platform(s) they're on
• Account usernames
• Accounts on platforms where you don’t own the platform, including:
  • Minecraft accounts
  • Minecraft account codes
  • Minecraft cape codes
  • Streaming service accounts
  • Account upgrade/sharing services (Spotify/Netflix/etc.)
  • Discord accounts, including account tokens
  • VPN accounts
  • PayPal accounts
  • Instagram accounts
  • Twitter accounts
  • YouTube accounts
  • Facebook accounts
  • Snapchat accounts
  • TikTok accounts
  • Twitch.tv accounts
  • Steam accounts
  • Gmail accounts
  • Any other accounts containing personal information
• Items in games or platforms where you don’t own the game or platform, including:
  • Minecraft in-game items (including Hypixel Skyblock)
• Hack/cheat/ghost clients/modifications or client access
• Boosting (i.e: followers, connections, members, users, players, etc), smurfing, or cheating services
• Methods/strategies/secrets
• Ebooks (a pre-made product where the value is held directly in the words written), unless provided for free and into the public domain
• Streaming services for unowned audio/video
• Windows activation keys
• Misused company promotions
• Food or food delivery services
• Gift cards or prepaid cards
• Content capitalizing on a person’s body (e.g fan signs)
• Content capitalizing on the life/death of another person
• Emotional support/help groups
• Raffles/Lotteries or any other form of gambling
• Fundraising for anything other than legally registered charities
• Loans, IOUs, or investments in which ownership of equal value in the invested project is not immediately received
• Content used for the purposes of spamming or performing an action en masse (including SMM panels)
• Minecraft server jars, unless the GNU GPL license terms are followed
• Essay mills/homework completion services
• Medical/fitness/diet advice & related services
• Stress testing services
• Discord boosts
• Discord Nitro
• AI-Generated Art
