Redistribution rights

In the interest of protecting our creators and our creative community, we have some additional policies in place regarding what can be uploaded to our resource marketplace. These policies merely limit what sort of content may be uploaded to our services and do not attempt to interpret your legal rights or freedoms outside of our services.

Note that the following policies also apply fully to forks. Even if the fork no longer contains any of the original product's content. Forking a product is a decision that will stay with how your product is regarded for as long as it exists. Reverse engineering content for redistribution for any purpose other than interoperability, (such as an exact recreation) is expressly prohibited, and treated no different than duplicating the content directly.

Redistribution Policies​

These policies apply in addition to any legal limitations on your ability to upload certain content.

• You may not redistribute paid/premium content, or content which has not been released the rightful owner for free and public use, without explicit permission from the owner of that content.
• You may not redistribute free content which is also made available through official paid channels, without explicit permission from the owner of that content.
• You may not redistribute free content which has redistribution rights revoked by the owner of that content.
• You may not claim or imply ownership of content which you are redistributing, even where redistribution is permitted.

Free content with paid channels​

To support content creators, we want to encourage that end users of free content with paid channels consider making a purchase from the creator. As such, we ask that our authors refrain from including these dependencies within their resources. This policy applies to all free content with paid channels, but for convenience, a non-exhaustive list of common products which this policy applies to is provided:

Granted & Revoked Rights​

The following lists specify content which has had certain rights granted or revoked by their owners.
If you'd like to grant or revoke redistribution rights over your content and have those specifics mentioned here, please create a support ticket. You will be responsible for informing us of further changes to the provided rights.

Paid content with redistribution rights granted​

CraftTillDawn | Purchased graphics may be used in publicly accessible end products, such as a live website, but they may not be distributed as assets to or independent from the end product.
Seliel The Shaper / ManaSeed | Free graphics may redistributed as assets to a product, so long as credit is given and the original page for the graphics is linked. Permission must be directly received for paid graphics.

Free content with redistribution rights revoked​

Creators of these products have requested that we not allow them to be redistributed as assets within other products on our site regardless of any open source or permissive licensing that may apply. Products listed here may be removed at our discretion as they become unavailable.
